Tour #1: Hounds From Hell Lantern Tour
If you're feeling a little more rambunctious than the normal crowd, you'll enjoy this Party Tour. You may want to have a stiff drink to steady your nerves for this one. Your ghost hostess with the mostess is Fannie Cakes, a real blast from the past. She'll fill you in on a few of the racier lesser known or talked about stories from the past. The tour will end by leaving you to explore the other "spirits" of Manitou found only in the quaint taverns of the town. Join in the fun and you will have the chance to win prizes including a free beer from The Ancient Mariner. This tour is intended for adults however guests under 21 may attend with adult supervision. If you're in the mood dress up in your best costume.
Price: $10.00 per person.
Winter tours: 8:00pm Fri & Sat.
Summer tours: 9:00pm Fri.& Sat.

    PLEASE NOTE::
  • Hounds From Hell Lantern tours begin and end at the town clock located in downtown Manitou Springs. In consideration to all visitors we ask that you arrive 10-15mins early so that our tour can begin on time. Refer to our map for specific directions.
  • Walk-ons are accepted if room permits at the beginning of each tour.
  • Due to the high altitude, walking tours may not be suitable for everyone. However, most people should be able to walk the tours with ease. Please wear comfy shoes and bring something to drink.
  • Please bring a flashlight for each person on night tours.
  • Tours may be canceled due to inclement weather or unforeseen events at the discretion of the tour guide.
Your guide Fannie Cakes is a costumed, professional storyteller and psychic. However, you'll still need to phone in your reservations!

Tour #2: Ghost Buster's tour
This is the real deal. Where you will be able to participate in an on going paranormal study being done in an actual haunted mansion. On our tour you will visit one of the largest privately owned estates in Manitou Springs. You will be able to use actual paranormal investigative equipment such as tri-field meters, infrared non contact digital thermometers, humidity gauges, dowsing rods, cameras, etc. You will be shown how they are used. This gated 22 room estate currently has one room used only for an ongoing paranormal investigation, where you will be able to view actual video footage of ghost orbs and paranormal activity!

This standard tour includes a lite reception with snacks. However by making arrangements beforehand we can tailor a dinner party for birthdays, business or even a seance. Call us for any occasion.

Recognition of hauntings in this home have been recorded as long as 50 years ago when the owners of this award winning bed and breakfast advertised it as being "haunted".

Price: $20.00 per person. Offered to groups of 6 or more.
Times: Must be booked 48hrs in advance.
Duration: 2hrs. Tours over 2 hrs will be an additional $10 a person per hour.
